What information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Newsletter signup: your name, email address, and your selected content preferences.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company or organization name, and the content of your message.
- Manuscript submissions: your name, email address, manuscript title, genre, word count, and the summary you provide.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, review your manuscript submission, or send you the updates you asked for. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are processed by a serverless function on Cloudflare and delivered to our email inbox via MailChannels; we do not store submissions in a third-party marketing database. Cloudflare's and MailChannels' own privacy terms govern the transport of that data. [If you later connect a mailing-list provider such as Mailchimp, name it here.]
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries and manuscript submissions for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
